What does it mean to find courage? Where are you looking? When do you ask for it? How do you go about finding it?

If you are looking outside of yourself for courage instead of within yourself, you'll never find it. Perhaps you may be inspired by the courageous actions of others. Yes, this can most certainly be helpful. But inspiration is nothing without action. 

Courage comes from within... inside a place where we forget to look until we run out of options. When there is no place to run or hide anymore and we're left with confronting our fears, that's when we choose to look.

But what if we chose to look consistently, not just when we're in dire straights? 

What if we make it a habit to look in the mirror and intentionally ask ourselves to exhibit courage that day?  What if we did something brave each day? Imagine what empowered version of yourself you'd be. And choose to become it.
